Visit carswipe.io and tap Sign Up. You'll complete a quick onboarding flow to set your car preferences.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account settings in the app or email carswipehelp@gmail.com and we'll process your request.
Buying
Is CarSwipe free to use?
Yes — browsing and swiping is free on the Explorer tier.
How do I message a seller?
Swipe right on a car you like, then open the listing and tap Message Seller.
Selling
How much does it cost to list?
£0 to list. Selling fees apply only when you sell via the platform.
Do I need ID verification?
Yes — all private sellers must verify ID before their first listing goes live.
Payments
What subscription tiers are available?
Explorer (free), Garage Pro (£9.99/mo), CarSwipe+ (£19.99/mo), and Dealer Pro (£79/mo). See our pricing page.
Trust & Safety
How are sellers verified?
Private sellers complete ID checks. Dealers are phone-verified by our team before receiving a badge.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Use Report on the listing page in-app, or email carswipehelp@gmail.com with the listing URL.
